Plugin Not Creating Subscriptions

Hello, After activating and updating all relevant plugins, the website is not generating any subscriptions for subscription products. the sidebar won’t appear on the orders tab of woo commerce, no subscriptions in the SUBRE > Subscriptions either. it seems as if all the orders going through the checkout are processing as single payments. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
