 * Hello,
    I notice the plugin does not flush the cache when plugins are updates
   or removed.
 * another thing is if have option effect NGINX as well when the cache is flushed?

 * Please if have an option to add some PHP or even Cron
    to delete the Autoptimize
   cache when the plugin is updated or deactivated.
 * cache not clear when plugins updates on the site.

 * Sorry for the delayed response. I didn’t get any notices about this post.
 * As far as clearing the NGINX cache, I don’t think that’s possible without special
   server configurations.
 * Correct, the plugin currently does not clear the cache with plugin updates. That’s
   a good idea though. I can add it as an option in the near future. Cron is also
   on my roadmap, but I’m currently bogged down with other projects. It will be 
   added though.

 * In the latest update cache will be cleared when updating wordpress and plugins.
   It will also be cleared when activating and deactivating plugins.
