 * I noticed it was installed in the plugins directory. I removed that install manually
   leaving it only inthe mu-plugins folder.
 * New members still dont’ work.
 * Perhaps when re-enabled Budypress installs the plugin wasn’t functioning?

 * Ok, now I see where the must use category is for plugins.
 * When re-enabling buddypress, should i do this on the sub-network, then the sub-
   site?
 * Or only the Network?
 * I think the instructions could stand to be a little clearer.

 * Well, I re-cleared the database of all bp- tags I could find (site meta didn’t
   have any), re-enabled it for the subnetworks (but not he sites), and new users
   added to each subnetwork are still visible between subnetworks 🙁
 * Any thoughts?

 * From the plugin description:
 * > The user base is still shared across the WP install.
