# Plugin not importing

 * I installed the plugin on my wordpress site, then tried to set up the import (
   RSS: [https://anchor.fm/s/ac18c214/podcast/rss](https://anchor.fm/s/ac18c214/podcast/rss)).
   The plugin is just stuck making a circle icon and doesn’t import.
 * Other relevant info:
 * WordPress version 6.1.1
 * Current theme: Twenty Twenty-two
 * Host: Blue Host

   I’ve just tried to import your
   feed on a dev site and it worked flawlessly. I’d recommend that you try to check
   your server’s debug.log file for any errors, or check this out with your hosting
   company.You can also try to deactivate all other plugins and test again.The plugin
   should definitely work and import your episodes but hard to tell why yours is
   failing.

 * Thank you so much! I contacted the host and they refreshed the htaccess file.
   Seems to have done the trick. Love your plugin!
