 * Hi, I’m calling this plugin’s authorization workflow, but I am getting an error
   that the plugin is temporarily unavailable. What should I do please?

 * From your previous edit, it looks like you may not be using WP OAuth Server on
   your site.
 * If you are going to WP OAuth Server’s admin page, there is an option to enable
   the API. Ensure that it is checked and try again.
