Plugin Not Showing All Posts

Hi,

If I have my categories organised as follows:

– My Company Information
— Customers
— Finance
— Money
— Bank

…and I add some posts:

Post 1: I create a post called ‘Bank Info’ and categorise it as ‘Bank’
Post 2: I create a post called ‘General Finance’ and categorise is as ‘Finance’

The tree will then look as follows:

– My Company Information
— Customers
— Finance (2)
— Money
— Bank (1)

The issue is that the tree never displays ‘Post 2’. Is this usual behaviour of the plugin or is there something I am missing?
