Plugin not showing in admin area

    Hello David ,

    I am using this plugin in one of my website the plugin was activated but it is not showing the in admin dashboard.I tried to switch the theme and also removed all the plugins to check it but nothing happen.I am not sure what is the problem with it ,can you please help me out on this .If you want i can share my wp admin details with you .

    Greetings and thanks for posting! Sorry to hear there’s been some trouble with this though, I’m sure we can sort that out though. 🙂

    Could you please try deleting the plugin and then reinstalling?

    Just to be totally sure as well, could you please confirm you’re using our Membership plugin here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/membership/

    Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the Plugins section in your admin area?

    Hi David ,
    Yes i am using the same plugin but it is not showing in the admin area i again tried to re install the plugin but it still wont work for me .

    Hi @hemant,

    Thanks for that screenshot, that’s a huge help! Could you please try deactivating other plugins and see if Membership’s menu items show up then?

    You could then reactivate them one-by-one to find the one that is conflicting, as it does seem likely there’s a conflict.

    You’ve got a number of user-role plugins there and I think maybe one of them is somehow hiding the Membership menu.

    Could you give that a try and let us know how it goes?

    Hi @hemant29,

    Thanks for trying that. I just remembered in your previous thread, you mentioned it not working with some themes.

    Could you let me know how it works with Twenty Fourteen theme?

    I suspect the theme itself might possibly be hiding the menu. Looking forward to your reply!
