 * I’m sure there’s probably not an issue since it’s a very simple plugin but can
   you please respond as to whether this will ever be updated again or if it’s truly
   abandoned?
 * This plugin **hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress**.
   It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues
   when used with more recent versions of WordPress.
