 * Hi,
    I have this plugin installed on wordpress multistie network. When i am logged
   in as the network super administrator, the plugin is viewable. However, when
   i am logged into one of the sites on the wordpress network, the snippets menu
   link is not viewable.
 * Also, if i navigate to WP Dashboard>Plugins then select “Code Snippets” i get
   the following error
 * “sorry you are not allowed to access this page”
 * How do i resolve this issue with this plugin on wordpress multisite as a site
   administrator? (and not a super administrator)

 * If you’d like site administrators to be able to create snippets and manage snippets
   for their site, you need to enable the _Snippets_ menu for the **Enable administration
   menus** setting on the Network Settings menu.

 * Hi Shea,
    thanks for your reply, yes i had already done this, however, it still
   was not working. Eventually i also found that one has to make a change to the
   user privileges from the Network My Sites Dashboard>Users>”new user”> Personal
   Options> Super Admin>”check the box that says “grant this user super admin privilege
   for the network”
 * This is a fundamental flaw in WordPress i think…because anyone reading that checkbox
   text, would automatically think that checking this box gives the administrator
   full network super admin access. However, in my case, when i selected that box,
   it did not actually give full network super admin privileges. What it did do
   however, was fix this problem!
 * My new “site administrator” can now see the plugins menu, and also, the user
   is able to access the code snippets plugin itself without the error “you do not
   have permission to access this page”
