# Plugin Not Working

 * Hello,
 * I have downloaded the plugin, and want to use it on my website. But it’s not 
   working and always show the result “Search results (0)”.
 * I have tried multiple tiktok url’s, trends, username but nothing works.
 * Can you please update and fix it.

 * Thanks for using TikTok plugin and sorry about that issue, please note that the
   error occurs as a result of a current instability in the TikTok API and our team
   is currently, patiently waiting for TikTok to fix their API so we can enjoy full
   functionality of the plugin again.
 * So, could you please remove the low ratings now since this issue is not from 
   us but from TikTok itself, then wait for us to check and fix and then update?
