# Plugin not working

 * i have a problem with, plugin after clicking for user a i have error blank page.
 * and i have this URL: [https://undefined.whatsapp.com/send?phone=42190&#8230](https://undefined.whatsapp.com/send?phone=42190&#8230);.
 * and yes i tested change in setting “Choose how you want to redirect WhatsApp 
   URL” but not helped.
