# Plugin not working correctly

 * Hello,
 * your plugin is installed at latest version, but everytime when a new order arrives,
   the sequential ordering with my prefix is not working.
 * Instead of this, the standard ordering is displayed.
 * Then, if I go to the plugin preferences and save again, the order numbers were
   changed correctly. But that should happen automatically…
 * Please help!

 * We tested our latest version plugin with MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce v
   2.0.3 but couldn’t replicate any errors. New orders are created within the sequence.
 * Kindly update both plugins to the latest version and check if the issue persists
   for new orders.

 * Problem is actually not resolved ;-).
 * Plugins installed at latest version.
 * Everytime a new order arrived, in woocommerce orders the standard order-numbers
   like #1, #2 are displayed.
 * When I go to preferences of your plugin and save, then order-numbers are changed
   like my prefix #BE100x, …
 * Maybe I can you send login data to wordpress – then you can try it by yourself.
