# Plugin not working

 * I’m using this plugin with this shortcode:
 * `[wtpsw_gridbox limit= »6 ″ view_by= »views » order= »DESC » showdate= »true »
   showauthor= »true » show_comment_count= »false »]`
 * But same when I’m changing the view count in my database, posts are always display
   by publication date…
 * How can I do?

 * Note:- Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because it causes
   the quote(“) issue. Please write manually.
 * Can you please create a new fresh page and add our shortcode and share page link.
