    I have selected all pages to
   display the chat icon including home page Please advice thanks

 * it seems like currently the plugin is not active ?
 * If its already active, it might be some conflict with other plugin or server 
   cache.
 * please clear the cache and test.
    if still an issue, please share the active 
   theme, plugins list.
