# Plugin not working

 * Hello, the pro version of the plugin doesn’t seem to work with my site. Whenever
   it tries to find any image in any “bank” it says it doesn’t find any image.
 * I attach some pictures for reference.

 * I already have tried different proxies and different images banks but same error
   every time.

    I’m sorry to hear that you have a problem.
 * Did you know if the free version worked before ? or you didn’t tried?
    Also what
   your is hosting provider?
 * Can you provide a screenshot of your settings (“settings” and “Banks” tabs)? 
   Then I can check if the problem comes from your settings or something else (like
   your hosting).
