 * The plugin is not loading the feed, etc. Also not on your demo page.
 * Any ideas?

 * I want to mention, that the popup like box can normally be opened on our Demo
   page.

   your case.
    1. The **link **where the **given popup **is enabled.
    2. Let us know whether the **cache **is generated on the page, where the given 
       popup is enabled or not.
    3. The **plugin** **version **you are using.
    4. The **PHP version **you are using.
