# Plugin not working

 * Just installed the plugin on a site for a friend. I went to test it by placing
   the sample gallery on a page & it doesn’t work. I went through each of the gallery
   views to see if any would work, but no luck.
 * I also deleted and reinstalled, but same result. Any suggestions?

 * Sorry the gallery has been put back. I had taken it off [the page](http://truhavenstudio.com/therecompense/)
   while working on other bits.
 * Basically it looks like it’s not loading the scripts & or CSS.
 * So it just stacks all the images in order, with no gallery effects.
 * Also if I try to use thumbnail view on the gallery it changes all my fonts(so
   I’m not using that one)

 * I really can not see any activated gallery in your site. Please contact our developers
   by [info@huge-it.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-not-working-268/info@huge-it.com?output_format=md)
   your case will be resolved I think
