 * I’m sorry about the delay. As you probably know from my support forum post, I’ve
   been away on a family emergency.
 * There is a bug, but it’s not what you think. You don’t make a donation in the
   Donations field, you do so using the [seamless-donation] shortcode. Why that “
   Add New” has showed up recently is unclear, but the button should not be there.
 * I’m recording this as a bug and will remove it.
