When you on the loading page, can you please press F12 go the console tab and see if there is any errors ?

Did you refreshed the page when tab was all ready opened ? this si important !
Another thing go to the elementor menu –> sysinfo and paste the info to a service like pastebin.com.
What theme do you have ?
Please disable all plugins and leave just elementor, and update if the problem continue ?
I created a new WordPress site with the Elementor plugin. I use the iThemes backupbuddy plugin for back-ups and moves. I followed the typical backupbuddy process created back-up and copied thsi file and the importbuddy.php to my production folder and URL. The Elementor plugin moved with the site, but none of the pages show Elementor as available as a plug in. All of the pages now show part of the code created in Elementor with none of the the formatting created using Elementor within each page. Total bust. Is the method of back-up and restore not supported by Elementor?
