 * Yes I did. Maybe it’s incompatible with my SG Window theme.

 * I do not think so, it is not depend on the theme.
 * What do you use, widget or shortcode?
    Where do you insert it? Where the search
   box should be displayed on your site? Could you send us a screenshot about the
   inserted shortcode or widget on admin side?
