 * I have the same problem free version is working fine the paid version is not 
   working.
    no new shipping cost options showing in the back end. I have deleted
   the free version installed the new plugin.
 * Hey deze plugin werkt enkel met de gratis versie met de betaalde versie geen 
   extra veld bij de product registratie pagina.
