# Plugin Not Working

 * I have installed the plug in, heck, Ive even bought the premium version. The 
   problem i have are:
    - New users cannot register
    - The tickets are not registering

 * Hi, The tickets are now updating, but on the login page it says that user registration
   is not allowed.

 * I see “registration=disabled” so maybe somehow the registration in your website
   is not active? Actually that part is managed by wordpress and not by the plugin.
   Can you check some settings in the administration part?
