 * Hi, I have a setup a fresh wordpress instalation for this using WordPress 4.7.5
   running Twenty Seventeen theme and only this plugin.
 * I’ve gone through the CanalPlan steps as required and made a post but nothing
   shows, no map etc, just the page title. On my canalplan diagnostics page it’s
   showing:
 * CanalPlan: 3.43 (3.42 r00)
    File_open Status: file_get_contents is available 
   but cannot access Canalplan – This is a problem CanalPlan AC (Website): ( ) WordPress:
   4.7.5 PHP: 5.6.30 PHP Memory Limit: 256M PHP Memory Usage (MB): 26.75 MySQL: 
   5.6.35 Canalplan Update Cron: daily Server : Apache Active Plugins : CanalPlan
   Integration ( 3.43 )
 * Canalplan Table Status :
    Table ‘fh_canalplan_options’ is present and contains
   4 rows Table ‘fh_canalplan_aliases’ is present and contains 1798 rows ERROR :
   table ‘fh_canalplan_codes’ is missing ! – Please Deactivate and Re-activate the
   plugin from the Plugin Options Page Table ‘fh_canalplan_favourites’ is present
   and contains 3 rows Table ‘fh_canalplan_link’ is present and contains 86946 rows
   Table ‘fh_canalplan_canals’ is present and contains 1010 rows Table ‘fh_canalplan_routes’
   is present and contains 1 rows Table ‘fh_canalplan_polylines’ is present and 
   contains 837 rows Table ‘fh_canalplan_route_day’ is present and contains 5 rows
 * … with the ERROR : table ‘fh_canalplan_codes’ is missing ! – Please Deactivate
   and Re-activate the plugin from the Plugin Options Page… I tried this but still
   the error persists.
 * Any help would be great.

 * OK I’ve found it and pushed a new version up to the repository.
 * The problem was that there is a column called long in the canalplan_codes table
   and the create script had lost the back ticks round it somehow.

 * And then I found another bug which I’ve fixed
 * So the current version should be 3.45
