# Plugin not working

 * Hello – I have installed and am trying out your plugin, but for some reason it
   is not displaying the “Call for Price” message even though the price field is
   empty.
 * One example of this can be seen at:

 * Again – sorry for the delay. Yes, I have just rechecked it on my server and unfortunately
   couldn’t reproduce the issue – “Call for Price” seems to be working fine for 
   me. Could you please contact me on [tom@algoritmika.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-not-working-542/tom@algoritmika.com?output_format=md)
   for further support?
 * By the way if you enable “Make All Products Call for Price” checkbox in plugin’s“
   General” settings (just for testing) – is it displaying “Call for Price” then?
 * Also a couple of things to recheck – make sure that you have enabled “Call for
   Price” for your product type (e.g. “Simple Products” section in plugin’s settings).
   Also please note that “Call for Price” is displayed for products with **empty**
   price and not **zero** price (these are different in WooCommerce), however I 
   don’t think it’s the case – as in case of zero price, WooCommerce would still
   displayed “Add to cart” button, which I don’t see on link you provided.
