# PlugIn not working

 * I purchased the plugin in Jun 2015. Despite repeated attempts and complaints,
   the plugin has not been working for me (except during the initial period), whereas
   it was supposed to be a one-time payment for life.
 * Asked for refund, which is yet to be processed.
