 * Thanks for reaching out us.
    This issue seems to be a theme or plugin related
   conflict. Could you try to 1) deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem
   exists? 2) change your theme to a default WordPress theme for a few seconds only
   in order to check if the issue exists or not?
