# Plugin Not Working

 * Hello,
 * The last update breaks syncing (among other things) and fails to display the 
   proper comment counts. All articles say 0 when there are comments. Other articles
   have wrong counts. Additionally, the #comments link doesn’t scroll to comments.
 * When reverting to the previous version of this plugin everything goes back to
   normal. Please update and fix this soon!

 * Yep, same problem here. Even when I try to manually sync by clicking on “Run 
   Manual Sync” button it forever grays out, and syncs nothing.

 * Just to add my weight to this. Comments stopped syncing as soon as I installed
   the new version. It works otherwise. It’s stopped me from checking IP numbers
   that WordPress would tell me that Disqus admin doesn’t let me see.
 * I guess that once it’s fixed, it’ll catch up with syncing.

 * Same here, count.js not working. Syncing not working. API creds not saving.

 * Hope Joel gets the problems fixed, this plugin makes Disqus usable! 🙂

   and see if your webhook is working?
