# plugin not working

 * got this plugin as suggested with theme I brought however I’m having the most
   issues the theme won’t display and the plugins won’t work properly it hasn’t 
   integrated the where its the debut plugin. need help please.

 * Hi, sorry to hear about the hassle. If you’re using a premium theme, you could
   consider reaching out to the author’s for a hand, support is usually a big part
   of the premium offering.
 * You’d need to look for a working baseline. If you activate a default theme like
   Twenty Seventeen and Page Builder by SiteOrgin and deactivate all other plugins,
   does your site and Page Builder work? If so, you’ve found a working baseline.
   If you activate your premium theme, does an issue occur? If not, start activating
   your plugins one by one to see when the issue occurs.
 * If the problem doesn’t resolve with all plugins except Page Builder deactivated
   and a default theme like Twenty Seventeen activated then you’ve failed to find
   a working basline.
