# Plugin not working

 * Hi,
 * I am unable to initiate chat with my users and it always displays as offline.
   When I log into my WP Admin (I am an administrator) and click on the Live Chat
   menu item, I get this message: Only chat agents can access this page

 * Thank you for reaching out to us, we do appreciate your time.
 * Please note, administrators are not automatically added as agents to the system.
   This means you may need to navigate to Live Chat -> Settings -> Agents -> And
   add your account to the agent list.
 * Once this is complete, you should be able to access the chat dashboard and set
   your chat box to online mode.
