# Plugin not working

 * Hi,
 * I installed the plugin and could log in but then all I get is a white page, I
   cannot add codes nor see anything. I tried deleting the plugin and re-install
   it but the problem persists.
 * Could you please help me?

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue and thank you for
   reaching out to us. When you login for the first time after installation, all
   the assets gets installed which takes time. Once all the assets are installed
   your page should load faster on subsequent loads. So wait for the assets to install
   the first time. You can see the page to be loading in the browser if you look
   at the browser tab. If that’s not the case or if you still face this issue even
   after waiting for a long time, then please let us know. We’ll also try and reduce
