# Plugin not working

 * I have downloaded and activated the plugin, but it does not seem to be working
   for my site. I have deleted and re-downloaded the plugin but that did not help.

 * Hi,
 * I have checked your website but it looks like WP External Links is working OK(
   see screenshot [https://prnt.sc/r52km2](https://prnt.sc/r52km2) ). So I assume
   it was a caching issue but if there’s something I missed let us know! 🙂

 * I’m glad that it’s working correctly!
 * However, when I go to add a link, it does not give me the button or settings 
   or drop down option for nofollow.
 * Will it just automatically do nofollow for external links?
