# Plugin not working

 * Hi,
    I am having problems when I try to create shipments using the store sync.
   I was getting an error and it said to disconnect and reconnect the WooCommerce
   Store, so I did, I removed the connection, I uninstalled the plugin and installed
   it again. Right now I cannot connect the store again. When I click on the button“
   enable” in the plugin settings nothing happens. I deactivated all other plugins
   to see if it was a conflict and only left activated WooCommerce and Easyship 
   and it’s not working still. Could you please help? Thank you
