# Plugin not Working

 * I’ve tried everything to make work this plugin. I0ve changed several times the
   api key, everything has been set up correctly I guess…let me know please what
   am I doing wrong :(.

 * Thank you for writing in, please once check the [video tutorial](https://youtu.be/NjVMBkc-poc)
   and also check [the documentation](https://wpoperation.com/wp-documentation/active-campaign-contact-form-7/)
   and make sure that you have configured the plugin as instructed on the tutorials.
   
   If you still have issue after configuring correctly, please share some screenshots
   of the plugin settings with us we will help to solve the issue.

 * I was doing everything well…I’ve also reset again the Api key…nothing happened.

 * There was an issue due to the latest changes in contact form 7 plugin. We have
   fixed the issue and updated our plugin, please update it and everything will 
   work.
