 * The plugin for me isn’t working, the API status is “OK” and when I enter debug
   mode it says it can not find the origin address, I have change the origin address
   and tried several things but it is not working.
 * All products have weights assigned to them and debug mode says the customer address
   details is fine
 * I am happy to forward a copy of the debug script generated

 * Could you please send me the screenshot of the Checkout page with a full entered
   shipping address: 238 Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia, and once again
   the request, response from API?
 * I noticed that in the request is missing recipient address, there is only State/
   Province and Country, but not for Australia, only for New Zealand. FedEx needs
   a fully address to show correct rates:
