# Plugin not working

 * After WordPress 5.5 update, the plugin stopped working for our site. The complaint/
   ticket page shows no data it remains blank even after disabling the caching plugin.
 * Please resolve the issue.

   console. Your theme may be not compatible with WordPress 5.5. Please contact
