# Plugin not working

 * Hello,
 * I tried this plugin. It installed and activated just fine. However when I try
   to use it (export site), nothing is working. neither of the 5 buttons (Export,
   advanced, add, find, report issue) are functioning (there is no reaction on clicking).
 * I have tried on three different WP installations hosted on two separate providers,
   and using both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
 * Can you please help?

 * It is difficult to determine what is causing this issue from the information 
   that you posted. Try to disable some of the active plugins as there could be 
   a plugin conflict. See if the hosting provider can provide support for this.
   
   If all fails, it could be that you are on an unsupported hosting provider.

 * How did you solve it? I’m having the same problem. Right after installation i
   cannot press any button in the settings. Tried it on another site and i worked
   just fine. Any specific plugin conflict?

 * I never did figure it out. Figured it was not worth the trouble (may have caused
   other issues) and am doing the shift manually.
