 * i have latest version and again it just says can’t get results what is happening

 * Hi
    as we could identify this error comes up when many queries to the api are
   done. There is a daily limit that is defined by tiktok… We recomend to create
   few feeds per day and define long cache time to prevent being banned (ip banned).
   Also if you are able to change ip server, test and create feeds one by one. in
   24 or 48 should be removed the block, remember to delete feeds no to execute 
   all queries again and be banned again. Regards
