Can you please send a screen shot of your settings. 1st check Catalog Mode is enable or not ( if not then enable it ), second Product Enquiry Button is enable or not ( if not then enable it ), 3rd check Catalog Mode Applicable For and 4th check exclution

Yes, all of the above are enabled. There is nothing in the exclusion that I put there. I don’t know if there is a problem with my template. 2 other websites I have put this plugin in on are working fine but this one is not.
