 * I’ve setup AGY on a test server, create a stylesheet, tested and was pushing 
   live to implement.
 * Since adding to the live site, the Age Verification doesn’t appear.
 * Can’t understand why?
 * Also, the latest update won’t activate so used previous update.

 * seems working fine for me, the age gate immediatly pops up when I open the link.
   
   Maybe you have not excluded the “agy” cookie from your caching plugin?
