# Plugin not working

 * Hello
 * The plug-in stop working and didn’t show pictures. I use the shortcut code to
   show the pictures. Last version is installed, database re-installed, no error
   message on browser or in diagnostic, but I can see pictures on elementor preview
   but not on the website.
 * Is there anything that I can do?

   you send us the Diagnostic info and describe which kind of shortcode are you 
   using? Carousel or Grid? by profile (which one), by hashtag or public hashtag?
