# Plugin not working (after updated)

 * Hey there! For some reason the plugin is not working anymore. We have already
   authenticated Strype account, and updated the plugin, but if we keep with the
   plugin activated, it shows this error and the users cannot eventually purchase
   anything (because a loadingif overlaps the screen and the full window shows a
   different resolution (like everything is inside a Box/Div). Follows screenshots:

   Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I tried to replicate 
   the issue on my own site, but everything appears fine on my end. I also tried
   to check on your site, but it seems you’ve already deactivated the Stripe plugin.
 * To assist you further, could you please create a staging site using the following
   plugin: [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/).
   Once created,
   deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, and then share the staging
   site URL with us so we can try to replicate the issue directly on your setup.
 * Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary
   information below for us to investigate the issue further:
    - **System Status Report** which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    - **Fatal error logs** (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

   we have activated: WooCommerce, Transbank Webpay (the main gateway in our country,
   Chile), and finally WooCommerce Stripe.

 * Importante: the plugin Transbank Webpay is the main gateway in our country, Chile,
   so we cannot afford to deactivated it. Still, we have tested what happens if 
   we leave only WooCommerce and Transbank plugins activated, and then the checkout
   works fine. But, if we activate WooCommerce Stripe, the error shows up again.

 * Thank you for getting back and for sharing both the report and the fatal error
   log.
 * From what I can see, two possible causes stand out: either the Transbank plugin
   is conflicting with WooCommerce Stripe, or your theme is conflicting with WooCommerce
   Stripe.
 * The log indicates that your theme is attempting to use a feature that doesn’t
   exist. To pinpoint the culprit, the best approach is to test this on a staging
   site.
 * You can create a staging site by cloning your live site with a plugin like _WP
   Migrate Guru_ to a subdomain or directory. If your host offers a staging feature,
   you can use that instead.
 * On the staging site:
    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Activate WooCommerce Stripe, WooCommerce, and the Transbank plugin.
    3. Check if the issue persists.
 *  - If the issue does not occur, it means your theme is the source of the problem,
      since the error log points to a critical theme error.
    - If the issue still occurs, keep Storefront active, then disable the Transbank
      plugin (leaving only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe) and test again.
 * Please write back with your findings so we can continue troubleshooting.
