# Plugin not working after using redirect addon

 * The plugin was working for me, but I needed the redirect addon. I installed that
   and then the redirect didn’t work so I deactivated that. Now the members still
   get a message that they can’t view the content even after they log in.
 * The only other plugin I’m using is woocommerce.

 * Hi, the add-on would not cause that issue. Especially if you say you have deactivated
   the add-on. Did you update, upgrade any plugins or theme? Did you upgrade WordPress?
   What version are you currently running of Simple Membership plugin?

 * I’m having the same exact issue, but I don’t have WooCommerce installed. Protected
   pages are acting like I’m not logged in and like I don’t have access, even though
   I’ve confirmed that I should.
