# Plugin Not Working And Cannot Delete

 * I tried using the plugin and it said everything was set up but the emails are
   still going to spam. I tried to delete the easy smtp plugin and try another. 
   As soon as it is deleted the emails don’t send at all either with a new smtp 
   plugin or or with none. Please help!!

 * Our plugin does not control whether emails will land in the spam box or not. 
   It is not easy to work out why some e-mails land in the spam or junk box. You
