Hi,

I have been using this plugin for some time. However, it stopped working a few months ago. I just tried to install it on a different website (because it was awesome) and it gives the same problems.

When a product is out of stock, customers don’t get any email and neither do I. In addition, I can’t access the areas where I can edit my subscribers, see their data, or anything else. I haven’t installed any different plugin; just updating the ones I currently use.

Can you please help?

Please make sure you have enabled “Manage stock” option per each product.

I have this option enabled on all my products but it simply doesn’t work. Neither for me or my customers.
