 * Hi,
 * Since few days, the Solid security **plugin doesn’t work** and even make trouble
   to a client website.
 * WordPress 6.9.4
   Divi 4.27.6
 * Solid security most recent update.
 * We tried to disable/Enable back the plugin but it still doesn’t work, and we
   have a blank page when trying to get to the config page (please see in attachement
   [https://ibb.co/yBPhSsVg](https://ibb.co/yBPhSsVg)).
 * We also tried to disable all plugins but it still doesn’t work.
 * We can’t leave the website without security protection.
 * Thanks in advance for help.
 * Regards

 * Hi [@alexsandros](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alexsandros/),
 * Thank you for reporting this. We’re currently experiencing a temporary issue
   with our licensing server that is affecting Solid Security’s settings page and
   some backend functionality. This is a known issue on our end and our team is
   actively working on resolving it.
 * This is not related to a plugin conflict or your site’s configuration — it’s
   a server-side problem affecting multiple users right now.
 * In the meantime, if the blank settings page is not causing any frontend issues
   for your visitors, you can leave the plugin active — the core security protections(
   like brute force protection and file change detection) should still be functioning
   even if the settings page is temporarily inaccessible. If the plugin is causing
   performance issues or errors on the site, you can temporarily deactivate it until
   the fix is in place.
 * Best regards,
   Paweł
