Hi, we noticed a significant difference in the Google Page Insight score between the mobile device and the desktop version. Please see this image: https://ibb.co/cX6QBhp0

Can you let me know why your plugin is not working on the mobile device please?

Hi @minghao0303,

Thank you for your message.

Your images are available in AVIF format – both on your phone and desktop. The error you posted isn’t about images not being loaded in the new generation format. It’s about image resolution – meaning that images are being loaded too large. The theme is responsible for this.
