 * I have the same problem on Multisite. Your immediate support is greatly appreciated.
 * Plugin had been Network Enabled.
 * Problem Desc:
    1. Power Admin users are working well. For example siteA & siteB
   are owned by admin, both are running well.
 * 2.
    siteC was owned by userA, no admin rights. Plugin cannot activate. Error
   appear when click on “Turn On” button. Error Message: You do not have sufficient
   permissions to access this page. Error Link: [http://life.antzblog.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wordpress-related-posts&ref=turn-on-rp](http://life.antzblog.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wordpress-related-posts&ref=turn-on-rp)

 * Hey [@shneoh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shneoh/), thanks for reaching
   out, we’ll do our best to help you out!
 * The thing is, our plugin works best only if you have full page permissions for
   all WordPress’s Dashboards. Could this be the case why our plugin is not behaving
   properly? Any chance you could get those admin permissions?
 * Let me know if this is possible or if I misunderstood you in any way — I’ll gladly
   help!
 * Take care & have a nice day!
 * Best,
    Silvo

 * [@silvoslaf](https://wordpress.org/support/users/silvoslaf/),
 * Thanks for quick response. Yes, the user tested with problem is those who dont
   have admin permissions. Since the site running is kind of multi-user-multi-sites
   environment, the users are not going to give any admin rights.
 * Any work-around so they can enjoy the benefits of your plugin without giving
   them admin rights?
 * To my understanding, a multi-site plugin like yours, should enables all level
   of users rights to have their own settings. This will only can called as multi-
   site plugin.

 * Hey!
 * Hm, yes, I can now understand your problem, but I’m afraid this is yet not possible
   with our plugin.
 * The admin can enable our plugin to be activated for all of his sub-users (power
   or non-power users), but I’m afraid this is the only way to get it working for
   all users.
 * But **(!!!)** — we have identified the problem (our fault, obviously) and we
   will look into the permission model of our plugins to prevent situations like
   yours in the future. Hopefully this will get sorted sooner than later!
 * _Anywho_ — thanks for bringing this to our attention, we really appreciate it!
 * Do let me know if you have any more questions or if you need any additional assistance—
   I’ll gladly help!
 * Take care & have a nice weekend!
 * Best,
    Silvo

 * Hi,
 * Has this issue been fixed yet?
    I’m admin on a subsite of a multisite and I’m
   getting the same error that [@shneoh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shneoh/)
   described after clicking “Turn On”.
 * Best,
    Jay

 * Hey, thanks for bumping this topic again, much appreciated!
 * We must admit that it slipped down on our to-do list, but we are still aware
   of it & eager to get it sorted.
 * But we would also appreciate some help with it, if possible. Is there a chance
   you could send us your WP Dashboard’s credentials, so that we could investigate
   further? We can completely understand if you’re not comfortable with sharing
   this with us, but I’m afraid this might be the only viable solution for us right
   now, since we cannot replicate the same multisite environment on our side. It
   also goes without saying that your privacy is to our upmost concern, after which
   we will take all the extra precaution possible.
 * Let us know what you think and we’ll do our best to help you out! I’m looking
   forward to your reply!
 * Take care & have a nice day!
 * Best,
    Silvo
