# Plugin Not Working – Need Help

 * I have set up correctly to my knowledge the Top 10 plugin but it will not display
   any content. I am not sure what I am doing wrong and it used to work before. 
   Right now it is set up on a staging site that will be moved over to a live URL
   soon but we are wanting to test it on the staging environment to make sure it
   looks right in the sidebar of the site. I would appreciate any feedback if possible.

 * If I did not mention above, we have a new look on a dev site and want to test
   ou this plugin to make sure it works. What is the best option for this because
   with a fresh new installation and trying to configure it nothing shows in the
   sidebar. What is the best way to correct this issue? Thanks in advance for the
   help!

 * Few things to check – is this a brand new install? You can try flipping between
   the query variable approach and admin ajax to see if it tracks in either case.
 * Another alternative is to export the count from your main site and import into
   your staging site via Top 10 > Import/Export menu

 * Thank you! I got it working following some of your tips. The last issues I am
   having is that I am placing CSS code in the styles tab and everything appears
   to display correctly but the image size I specify. I am having to go back into
   the Thumbnail section and manually change the image size for it to update. Also,
   there now appears to be a dot beside each item.
 * FYI: I have reset all the settings to default and removed the code but it makes
   no difference. I hope you can help me with these 2 items.

 * Do you have a site URL I can see so I can play with the CSS?
 * Alternatively, you might need to try the
 *     ```
       .tptn_posts ul li { list-type: none !important }
       ```
