Plugin not working on mobile site

    Hi,
    I have installed Tidio Live chat plugin on my site [redundant link removed]. Live chat was working fine on the desktop site but not showing on mobile site. Can’t we use this plugin mobile site and chat with the visitors who directly visit our website from mobile?
