 * Hello, crpsnrw.
 * Thank you for your interest in WPSiteSync. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having
   difficulties. WPSiteSync for Content does work on MultiSite installs of WordPress.
   We are happy to assist you in getting this configured and working for your site.
   There are a few things that may be causing your issue:
 * First, check that the plugin is either Network Activated, or that it is activated
   for the site that you are working on. If you can see the settings page for WPSiteSync,
   then the plugin is active for that site.
 * Next, you mentioned that the UI is not showing when working on an “article” page.
   Is “article” a Custom Post Type? The main WPSiteSync plugin works with core WordPress
   content, that is “posts” and “pages”. To use this with additional post types,
   you would need to use our WPSiteSync for Custom Post Types add-on, which you
   can find here: [https://wpsitesync.com/downloads/wpsitesync-for-custom-post-types/](https://wpsitesync.com/downloads/wpsitesync-for-custom-post-types/)
   If “article” is a Custom Post Type then the UI will not show because it doesn’t
   recognize the post type.
 * Another thing to check is that the settings have a Target site, Username and
   Password configured. If these are not set, and the username/password are not
   authenticated with the Target site, then the UI will not be displayed. Each site
   on the network can be configured for it’s own Target site, so this needs to be
   done for each site you want to use WPSiteSync with.
 * Last, on the Settings page you can configure which User Roles are allowed to
   see the UI and Push Content. If this is set to “Administrators” only, and you’re
   currently logged in as an “Editor” then the UI will not be shown. Make sure the
   configuration is set to allow the User Role you’re logged in as. If you are logged
   in as a “Network Administrator”, this is the same as “Administrator” as far as
   the User Roles are concerned.
 * After all of this if you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact us at
   [https://ServerPress.com/contact/](https://ServerPress.com/contact/) and we can
   assist you in more detail. We may need to ask for log files, etc. in order to
   diagnose the issue.
 * All the best,
    The ServerPress Team
